The easiest way to uninstall apps is through the settings of the phone. Find and tap Settings > Apps & notifications > Show all apps > Tap the name of the app > Tap "Uninstall". It is not possible to uninstall apps that are preinstalled apps, you can however as @Strampke mentioned deactivate the apps that are preinstalled which ceases all functionality, removes user data from the apps and prevents automatic updates & background processes from running.
