I appear to have a similar problem. Every time I try to activate the camera I get:
Error
Cannot start camera. Restart camera or
Device.
I spent two days following first line support instructions, ending up with a factory reset, but the fault remails and has been escalated. They decided to close the ticket but I re-opened it as the fault remains and to **bleep** with their statistics!
