Can’t register my Alpha-850 DSLR its not listed

I tried to register my A850 but it’s not in the list, the A900 isn’t there either? How do I talk to Sony to get it sorted?

Can you try to type it as "DSLR-A850" and check again? That's if you're speaking about MySony of course.

Thanks for your reply - Yes im talking about my Sony. If you go to register new product and type in DSLR-A850 its not there neither is A900 guess its been missed off. I also followed all the options - find my product etc. No luck.

Guess it needs action from Sony

Hey @timbaldw, I think that you need to confirm that you have the correct model as written on the camera as you can check it as mentioned here. Also, you can try using a different device and a different browser as it might be a glitching. if this didn't help i think contacting Sony Support is going to be the next step.
