Is anybody else having problems with the cashback page?
I bought a A7iv last month, and it stated that after 30 days I can claim £300 cashback.
I did this in the past with my A7iii.
I've filled all the details on the page, uploaded the proof photos, and the submit button is just dead; it doesn't do anything!
Contacting Sony seems like a myth, their website is terrible. Virtual assistants which send you around in circles.
I've tried multiple times, including on my phone and computer.
Anybody know how to solve this?
