Android TV upgrade MEDIATEK ARM

I have KD-65XE8596 and I want figure out if it's possible to upgrade MEDIATEK ARM main board to better CPU and Android version. 

Can I replace this board containing MediaTek MT5891 to new one?

Any tips?
