Disney + lost UHD after update on 12th November.

Checked out Disney plus after release of new content on 12th Nov and  found all the 4K content had disappeared, it was there the day before, contacted Disney who said there was a error in the app update affecting Sony TV’s. They said they are working on it but reading about similar issues it could be months before it gets sorted. Anyone else got this issue or more info on when a fix will be available?

Disney plus app is a joke. No issues with Netflix or Prime. Main issue was with Dolby Atmos. So hit and miss whether or was available. Have 100 GB connection so that's not the issue.

Latest update have only HD and 5.1 on a wired A8. More frustrating, I have an AF8 in another room on WiFi and that picks up Dolby Vision ( no Atmos as speaker doesn't support it). Checked App and it's same version. Pointless contacting Disney. They are clueless. Any advice appreciated

Same issue for me. Amazon Prime and YouTube seems to be ok. Annoying because it seems to have changed just as IMAX Enhanced has released. Tried it on PS4 Pro and same issue.

Spoke to support yesterday.  Apparently they are aware.  Their content is amazing. App is so poor

Hi,

I can not get Disney+ to show 4K, it will display new IMAX enhanced  where available but other content only hd, internet speed is fine, any help hugely appreciated, very frustrating and disappointing.

Was working fine only noticed drop off at the weekend , can't find any solution online.

See my previous response. Since IMAX update its affecting a lot of people. They know about it but don't have a solution yet
