Can you not let these default as in an Auto connection?
Otherwise, what is the actual problem you have?
I can point you to definitions of these terms, but nobody can tell you what values you should set for them, except an expert sitting in front of your TV; whereas the TV, on auto, should be able to set them pretty well.
My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…
