Hi,
I bought the Sony Android TV (KD-32W800) in 2022. The tv has a five year warranty.
I started experiencing graphic display issues which I raised with the store. They gave me the Sony Support Call Centre, which I found most frustrating, 3 - 4 weeks later was sent a link only to get the message below.
Another frustrating call later, being told I would have to take the tv to the nearest repair centre, which is approximately an hour's drive away. When there is a Sony store 10 minutes from me.
"Please can someone make it make sense"
Please urgent help is required.

Dont have a solution but if it makes you feel better I have had a 55`` Bravia A95K
Have had rude and offensive e-mails from Retailer and a complete lack of help and interest from Sony
slowly making a Bit of progress but it is hard and I feel very let down by Sony/Retailer I paid £1999 + installation in good faith
