My Tv has suddenly stated up with only the "SONY" logo on the screen and it won't go any further. The remote doesn't work even though I've put new batteries in. I've tried the hard reboot via the mains supply but nothing is working. As I said previously, all I get is the "SONY" logo in the middle of the screen and nothing further...
