Sony Bravia restart

I have Sony Bravia KD55XE8396 . I have done hard factory reset then I couldn’t reset. The set up display is not properly showing. The wel come screen is like frozen. I have restarted the tv several times but nothing happened. What can I do now to start my tv

Have you tried disconnecting the power for several minutes first. Also remove ALL external leads apart from aerial.

If it still won't reset then it sounds like something more deep seated has occurred.

Also after doing the above try a soft reset first by holding the power button on the RC down.

Yes . I have tried everything. Nothing worked

That doesn't sound good unfortunately and I can't think of anything else you can try really. A last hope might be to leave it unplugged overnight.

If it still will not operate correctly after that then it looks like a major repair I'm afraid.

If leaving it overnight doesn't work, try updating it manually using the USB method and see if that works.
