hello my cell phone stayed several months inactive and I put it to charge but it remains on the blue screen before turning on and so for a long time I thought it was normal until it lasted a couple of hours and I reloaded it and tried to turn it on and I let myself be there for a while until all the applications started to stop and I rebooted and the same thing happened to me of the blue panatalla some suggestion?
