You can't buy it seperately unfortunately.
It is available at Encompass - Sonys spare part shop - yet it nearly costs as much as if you would get a brand new Sony HDR AS50 Action Cam bundled WITH the remote.
Therefore I do not recommend buying it as a spare part and advice you to buy the HDR AS50 in the bundle with the remote and sell the camera.
