OK. I bought my Sony PRS350 back in 2011. It's been set up with Adobe DRM and is working perfectly on my Windows XP machine (although Reader for PC didn't work properly, so I went back to Reader Library, and it's been working fine for years). So now I've had to get a new Windows 10 (obvs) PC. Downloaded Adobe DRM on the new machine - and failed to login in - details unrecognised. Eventually had an on line chat with a Kobo customer account helper, and he said that the latest DRM 'does not work with these old readers', so I had to uninstall DRM and install version 3, which is still available. Tried again. This time, logged into the Kobo account OK. The next form was to log into the DRM system. Supplied the details, it thought for a bit, and then said it was 'unable to authorise this device; contact Sony Customer Support'.
Can anyone help me reconnect my eReader to the new PC, please? (It's used extensively to borrow books from our local library. )
Thanks
