I need some help please,
I have bought 2 e-books and it says it is EPub, but when i download it is is an ACSM file.
I have checked Adobe ID(which is fine), , I have downloaded Sony reader for PC, and after a while got the hang of it , but then when it was on the e-reader, it couldn't open it with the text: `error invalid page!`
DOwnloading it directly to my e-reader was suggested by helpdesk of the company who sold me the e-book, which gave the text: `download was unsuccesfull, the reader was unable to download the content. Please try downloading again`
Offcourse i tried it a couple of times, but no succes. the helpdesk now doesn´t know how to help me anymore and i still don´t have the book on my e/reader....
Any suggestions?
