Hiya!
I using my reader a few months and I never had problem with it till today.
I just transfered some books, using the proper reader programme, disconnected my reader from computer, and is show the page what never seen before : Saying opening books - and then couple minutes later bring up the main page with the sign is working, and than just shut off itself.
I try to reset it, but whatewer how long I press this little tiny botton , doing nothing.
Once when I was be able to reach the main page , formated the internal memory, try again to transfer 1 book but when I disconnected and try to opened the book is shut off again.
Tre problem is not sorted, and I just read the garantee is not covering the software problames.
Is there anyone can help me , please? Product : PRS-300
