I had only used the e-reader a couple of times and only loaded the free classic CD that came with the product.
I updated the e-reader software on my computer, and since then the e-reader now wont switch on.
The screen is stuck on a start up screen even though it is not out of battery. I have tried rebooting, draining the battery and resetting but nothing seems to work.
Sony want to charge £175 for a repair and I can buy one cheaper so any help would be gratefully received!
