Can anyone tell me how to force an unistall of the Reader Library software under Vista home Premium. The standard uninstall process ends in an error message that it cannot find the file "Reader Library by Sony.msi". This prevents me from both uninstalling or updating the software. The software itself stopped working after a system crash. There is no file terminating in .msi on the machine.
