hi can any1 help motherboard on my laptop model cg-7134 packed up when it was only 2.5yrs old is this common?

Hi balhiar.

You are quoting an invalid Model.  Have a look on the screen surround for a model something like VGN-NRxxxx.

Try searching by the correct model - I can't remember hearing of any motherboard failures, but I may be wrong.
