Why is my local sony centre operated by shasonic operating under their conditions re refunds etc and not those listed on the sony web site. They give out sony bags with the sony web address on which is where i went to check about a refund on a ereader but was told this is shasonic and we only give a credit note. I think this is a sham by sony
