Hi

So just over 3 years after purchasing the expensive MT-500 it has stopped working. No internet connection available, no digital display and no sound from sub-woofer.

The Sony service centre advises new PCB is required  which Sony cannot provide. Terrific !

Bought Sony products for over 30 years…never again.

So they just left you without any alternative solution!, did you check with another repair center?
