I bought the speakers (SRS-GU10iP) last year, but have had a lot of trouble trying to get my iphone 4,or in fact any mp3 device to take charge, or even play music from the device. The only way I have managed to connect my iphone is to physically tilt the iphone and then prop it with something, so that it keeps the gradient.(I have currently wedged a stapler behind it so that I can play music) Obviously this will weaken and eventually permanently damage the docking station. Is there anything I can do to stop this problem from occurring, or do I need to send it in for repairs?
