Hi my bluray is playing up it will not play films that it used to some if i unplug from the wall and start again it will then play them. other times i get a false message on the LCD and says cannot operate this disc but I have used this disc before they are all genuine copies some are region b some are region free does anyone think I may need a new laser that reads the disc any help would be gratefully received
