HT-ZF9 Sound bar

I've been very pleased with this sound bar until now, there is no sound at all I have checked all the obvious and set it back to the original settings still no sound. The speakers won't link to the sound bar.

Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone had the same problem?

A new firmware has been released yesterday - can you please update your soundbar and see if it helps?

I've replaced all the cables and reset the unit many different ways still no good I'm now convinced the sound bar itself is faulty

I'd agree with you, getting it inspected by Sony engineers would be my next step to take.
