Hi. I wonder if anyone can help. My BDV- E2100 player is stuck on BT (Bluetooth) even though it can't actually make a bluetooth connection. It doesn't respond to the remote or any function key on the machine, and I can't see the Home screen on the TV. I've tried the usual - unplugged the machine for several minutes but it makes no difference. I've phoned Sony support and their answer is to send it for repair. I don't suppose anyone knows of a hack to factory reset the machine, before I consider going down the repair route?
