When i connect the phone to a pc or to a charger a video starts

Hello everyone, i have this little,big problem. When i connect the phone to a pc or to a charger starts an adversiting video when there are Phone's features. it is particularly annoying especially at night,because it casts light on the roof. Also this video changes my background and my lock screen wallpaper to the basic background and lock screen wallpaper of the telephone. I hope someone can help me:smileyhappy:

Sounds like you may have activated the demo mode used by stores. Open the dialer and dial *#*#73556673#*#* and see if this helps.

I have the phone in Italian and after dialing the number is not nothing happened to me, is a problem of the languange?

It doesn't matter what language the phone is set to. When you enter that number in the dialer it should just exit to homescreen and problem should be solved.
