Front camera does not work

J'ai un Xperia m4 depuis un mois le bouton du caméra frontale est disparu , j'arrive pas à effectuer les appels vidéo depuis WhatsApp ni depuis d'autres applications

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test both cameras.
