M5 5633 dead

My SONY M5 looks dead after a software repair on XC it only shows red led when i put it on charging. can it be repaired by SONY Service Center ????

I'm sorry to hear this.

I recommend that you try to force restart your device. To do so press and hold the volume up and the on/off key simultaneously until your device vibrates 3 times, then charge your device for at least 30 minutes.

You can also temporarily remove any SIM or SD card from your device to see if they may be the cause of this behavior.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.
