Do you notice the handset shuts down when using a particular app or performing a particular function? Or does it happen completely randomly.

Hello my M2 is also constantly shutting down. Have done a hard reset not helped. Have tried a software repair but can't keep the phone on long enough to complete it. Nice phone but this is disapointing.
