Screen wake up in call

When in call, moving the phone away from the ear dosn't wake the screen up - I have to press power button. It doesn't happen every time but I think it happens when the call is longer than a few seconds. Proximity sensor is ok. How to fix this?

I'm sorry to hear this.

It is as you say the proximity sensor that controls your display during calls. The first thing I would recommend is that you make sure there isn't anything blocking the sensor like a screen protector or some dirt. You can see where you sensor is located through the following link.

I would also recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if is behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
