I'm sorry to hear this. 
Do I understand you correctly that your loudspeaker isn't working correctly? I recommend that you test your speaker in your devices diagnostics tool. To do so, go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Loud speaker. How does the speaker perform in this test?
I would also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior may be caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
