Cannot update Xperia Arc s (LT18) 1254-6380

Hello,

Since 06-06-2012 (when the update for my phone came out) that I have been trying to update my Sony Xperia Arc S to the new ICS 4.0.4 (my current is 2.3.4), I´ve been trying to update trough the PC Companion but everytime I reach the end of step 2 (1-iniciating; 2-Preparing; 3-updating; 4-finish), appears a message saying "Instalation Error" (BTW I'm from Portugal, so I'm translating it to English :smileysilly:).

It happens right after it downloads the upadate

BTW nº2 my phone is LT18i but when connected to PC Companion it just says LT18

I would be very grateful if anyone could help me

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe
