Neo v ...4.1.A.0.562 update.. failed!!

hi ,

     pls help me

     during 4.1.A.0.562 update..

     the pc companion have downloaded the update..but during 'preparing update installation' it show error message..like

     "installation or smart phone update failed'

note:

1)sd card free memory 1.8 gb.

2)phone memory free 310mb

3)battery level 84%

pls help me i need ics update in my cute phone...please:(

how long ,i should press back key button..while pluging usb

it shouldn't take that long, make sure that you restarted your PC after installing SUS

is sus  better than pc companion,cause even for mine the update failed...i just installed sus nd i'll try...
