Problem with GPS

Hi! I purchased my experia arc s a few days ago,mostly because of gps.When i am trying to use wisepilot,the message is "service temporarily unavailable".Also the gps don't seem to find any satellites!Please can somebody help? Thank you! Nick

Did you try using google maps ?

Are you on ICS or Ginger Bread ?
