Schratches on screen

Hi,

I bought my Active about a week ago, and today I noticed many little scratches on my screen. So i wanted to ask, is there some kind of see through protective film on screen which i didn't remove(i removed only the obvious one which was on the screen when unpacked), or i have managed to scratch the unscratchable glass?

Unfortunately i dont have any photos.

Well, it says so in the description. But i am starting to really doubt it.

And thats what i am trying to find out and get an official answer from SE support.

Is it the grid sensor line reflections that you are refering to?

Else under normal condition, no way is there harder things in an empty pocket capable of leaving scratches on the screen... unless damage was done be4 ur ownership...

No its not sensor line, i know how it looks like. And scratches look like scratches.

I guess, this phone doesnt like my pants and pocket :smileygrin:

Well ok, what can i do, it says its scratch resistant, not scratch proof. So i guess, no matter what i say, the answer will always be, its resistant, if you dont expose it to anything that could scratch it. So, always keep screen protector on and use some sort of case.

it seems that SE used the same type of glass that we have on all Xperias, so it is quite easy to scratch the protective film they put on top and quite simple to scratch the "scratch resistant mineral glass"

SE should use Dragontrail or GorillaGlass instead of this cheap glass

auch ich habe dieses Handy gekauft in der Meinung ,dass es kratzfest ist. Leider habe ich auch Kratzer auf dem Display. Ist jetzt schon über 3 Wochen beim Kundendienst. Auch nach etlichen Mails mit SE und nicht befriedigenden Antworten bin ich ziemlich enttäuscht von diesem Kundendienst.

Werde mal mit Computerbild kontakt aufnehmen und fragen was die dazu sagen.

I also bought this phone thinking that it was scratch resistant, and mine didn't come with any screen protector at all, and here we don't have screen protectors for xperia active, I've seen on ebay a few, but here on Chile I doubt there is any. I'm really pissed off with this false propaganda

can you share some pictures of the screen (off) and the scratch, most likely it did came with a pre-installed screen protector
