Trouble updateing my Xperia U

Something went wrong when I tried to update my phone and now I can't turn it on.

When I push the power button there is a green light flashing and then a triangle with an exclamation mark in the middel and a phone lying next to it appears on the screen.

Anybody who knows how I can get my phone to work again?
