Updating error for ICS 4.0.4

I was trying so many days to update my Arc S ICS from 4.0.3 to 4.0.4. But it gives the above error.

I need to update the phone very soon because my ICS has got many problems. Please help me.

Completely uninstall the PC companion software, reinstall it and try again?

Let the reinstalled PC companion to re-download all those software update components for you.

I did completely uninstalled the PC companion software, reinstalled it and tried again.

But same error.

I think this is due to a busy surver because all are trying to download ICS. But when am I going to get my turn?

Fedup of waiting & doing this again & again.... I need to update some how or other as soon as possible.

I have the same error on my Xperia arc, does anybody know the solution?

SUS ( Sony Update Service)  ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Software%20Downloads/Update_Service_Setup-2.11.12.5.exe

                  or
