Xperia_U - Camera Quick Launck is not working?

Hi,

I recently bought Xperia U phone and Camera Quick Launch is not working.

I have tried both "Launch and Capture" and "Launch Only" option in Quick Lauch in the camera menu and then pressing and holding the Camera Key from the sleep mode but camera is not launched.

Please help on this. Thanks.

You know that you have to press it real hard? The same way as you should press it  to take the shot after focusing.

if you have a protective case it might not allow you to press all the way
