When this happens, usually 'refresh Internet content' cures the problem - BUT not this time....
I have tried the built - in network diagnostics - all OK. I have also tried youtube on the bluray player & it is fine..
I notice on the 'all apps' - most are missing & the BBC iplayer no longer works.
What do I need to do?

My 'i manual' recommended a 'factory reset' - so I have just done this.
Things are now working again - but I changed nothing this afternoon - still no idea what the problem was....
Hi there
The reason why many apps like iPlayer are missing and that YouTube doesnt work is because your TV is not connected to the internet. Try turning off the TV, reboot router and trying again.
If that doesnt work, if your using Wifi, test using an ethernet cable - it should work. If so, then its a wireless issue, which changing the wifi channel,in your router settings may help.
Cheers
Quinnicus - thankyou for your prompt response, but my network (wired) is confirmed by the TV as working fine & youtube is working on my bluray player.
It was working earlier on the TV - just wondering what has changed...
