Can anybody recommend HDD USB for Bravia KD34XE7003BU

I need to buy some memory storage to be able to record - can any one  recommend good brand?   I assume I only need a USB - some confusing info about a cable?

I need this to be able to view More4 programmes (and other).

Quick response if possible?
