enable the soap opera effect on my TV on Gaming

I have bought a 55 inch sony 900xf

and i would like to use opera effect on gaming( ps4 pro)

when im in game mode the motion option is greyed out i cannot use it

any help please

Hi Ganni666,

Have you tried pressing enabling the MotionFlow from the Advanced settings section? You can try the following (Press Action menu - Picture Adjustments menu - Advanced settings - Motionflow).
