How do I activate iplayer on my Sony KDL32EX503 32” FV/HD TV with Sony Wireless Dongle UWABR100AEP

I have recently bought

  • · Sony KDL32EX503 32” FV/HD TV
  • · Sony Wireless Dongle UWABR100AEP
  • · Sony BDPS370 BLU-RAY DISC PLAYER

and paid for installation but installer didn't stay to see if iplayer would work from desktop. I have not been able to connect the computer to the Dongle. Any ideas?

Hi CaroleB,

The BBC iPlayer (Beta) only works with latest firmware (software) versions.  As your TV is new you may need to update it, which can be done automatically or downloaded onto a USB stick.

To access your PC's wirelessly you need to make sure they are all sharing on your home network.
