How do I fix a network error message when trying to access BRAVIA internet video content?

I had to reset my sky box today and, it seems, as a result I am now getting a network error message when I try to view internet video content. I've checked my network status and it says I'm connected, and my internet browser on the tv is working fine; I just seem to be having trouble with the internet video content (i.e. BBC iPlayer, YouTube, etc.) I have a Sony Bravia KDL-40NX723. can anyone help?

Can you please reply back with the model number of your TV?  Do you get an error code such as 2200?  or...?  Which apps do not work?  All of them or just iPlayer for example?

I also Have this error, it is the same on my Blu-ray player and the Bravia TV
