KDL-37EX505 - Only picking up Astra 19.2E satellite

Hi All,

Wonder if anyone has an idea why my new TV can only pick up the Astra 19.2 E satellite, when my sat reciever can pick up Hotbird 13 E too.

I have reset the TV to factory default, but this this makes no difference.

Would like to get a fix.
