Powersaving (KDL-40EX503) digital radio and no picture?

Hi All

I bought the above TV and was told by the salesman that I could listen to digital radio through the TV without having to have the picture on. So far I've been unable to work out how to do this. The closest I've got is being able to turn the backlighting right down to min, but the picture is still there.

Can anyone help???? Keen to save power plus preserve the life of my TV!!!!

            Have you checked the following web page?

From this it appears if you go to ECO settings and "Power saving" there is a picture off mode.
