Remote Control instructions for RM-ED022

I recently bought a EX401 TV for my 87 year old mother.  She is having trouble working out how to use the remote which I think is an RM-ED022.  Is there a manual for this

The remote appears to be standard for the Bravia range.

I dont think there is a specfic manaul as such.

Guessing that you mums TV is the KDL-32EX401.
