I have a problem with my soundbar.
Up untill a few weeks ago its worked perfectly, but now when it receiving from my tv via optical or cable it constantly changes to bluetooth, but no devices are connected or turned on near by. When i try and connect a device by bluetooth it works briefly but then drops connection and the bluetooth blue light flashes. Also sometimes when its turned on all the orange lights just flash.
I have tried doing a reset but no fix. I contacted sony support who didn't help what so ever and there only suggestion was to take it to a sony repair center. As its out of warranty this makes no sense as the repair cost would probably be more than the value of the bar.
What i find frustrating is i have seen countless posts in other forums about the same issue and sony responding by saying they are working on a fix, but that was a few years ago and no fix ever showed.
Has anyone else had this problem and managed to fix it?
Seems ashame to bin a perfectly good soundbar.
