TV not turning on

Turned TV off with remote, when went to turn on, light on TV turned green, but nothing else happened - any ideas?

Have you tried unplugging the TV mains and re plugging it in again?

Tried that,  the lights are on but nobody home!

Looks like a warranty job then.
