USB Recording

Hi,  I have a KDL26EX553.  As I have a HDD Drive, I've previously not bothered with the USB recording factility.  However, now I'm wondering whether I would be able to record digital radio.  If so, when Sony say USB HDD, do they just mean a USB flash drive?

Hi,

USB HDD generally means any Hard Drive which has its own power supply, i believe flash drives will work if they are over a certain size, i should add at this point i dont do any of this myself so cannot vouch for the flash drives and is hearsay. cant say anything for recording radio stations but i cannot see why you cant.
