VAT REFUND

Hi i bought a tv ex-713 four weeks ago and i have sent a vat information to get my vat back

Its been four weeks since i have sent it but i havent recieved my vat back

What shoud i do????

Usually how much long does it take?????

HI,

It took 8 weeks for my stuff to turn up. Got the cheque no probs, but they managed to not send me my origional receipt back! Very helpful. I logged a call with head office and all they could say is go back to the shop and ask for a reprint! Very helpful as the shop is 15 miles away!
