How come you can only get a touchscreen e series in gun metalic or silver?

I've noticed generally that touchscreen laptops are almost all silver/grey colour and a metalic material. This goes for acer, asus, samsung and sony. Why is this? Why can't you get a beautiful white e series with touchscreen?
